Yes, you can use a FSA or HSA for your visits with us! Our care may also be covered by your insurance provider as out-of-network medical care—many members get a percentage reimbursed. We make it easy to download a superbill after each visit to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Unify’s unique testing is an in-depth look at your health. Blood is drawn at a third party lab. Insurance covers most or all tests and includes diabetes analysis, heart health, inflammation, liver & kidney function, nutrient status and thyroid function.
Initial Doctor VisitINITIAL DOCTOR VISIT
75-minute physician intake, assessment, lab review, physical exam and personalized plan. Most executive physicals of this nature cost $5000 or more!
Nutrition & Wellness VisitsNUTRITION & WELLNESS VISIT
Our coaches are experts trained in functional nutrition and behavior change that help you with your plan, problem solve, and teach you skills in personal and group settings. 30 minutes each. Comparable value $100 per visit.
